Custom Orders:
All custom-made dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the personalized nature of the design and fit. Please ensure all details, including measurements and designs, are confirmed before placing your order.
Off-the-Rack Items:
If you purchase an off-the-rack item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom designs, altered garments, and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales of these items are final.
Return Process:
If your item is eligible for return, contact us at {email} with your proof of purchase. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
